Record 1 Million Applications for California State University and California Community College System Processed by XAP Corporation
CULVER CITY, CA – DECEMBER 10, 2010
XAP Corporation processed a record 1,012,126 electronic applications for the California State University and California Community College Systems during October and November 2010. Applications for California State University totaled 703,570 for the period, an increase of more than 25,000 from the previous year. California Community Colleges applications totaled 308,556 for the October and November period, an increase of 19% over the 2009 application season total. Record application volume of 107,620 was processed for both systems on November 30th alone, the last day before fall 2011 application deadlines.

Nationally, XAP Corporation reported processing a record total of nearly 3.9 million applications for the year through the end of November. The company processed a total of 3.5 million applications during the same period last year.
