XAP Adds Chief Client Operations Officer
CULVER CITY, CA – APRIL 14, 2008
XAP Corporation announced the hiring of Paul W. Keys as Chief Client Operations Officer beginning today. He will be responsible for the client operations of the Company, including its program management and client services. Mr. Keys was most recently the Regional Vice President, Operations at InsideTrack, an individualized academic coaching service designed to increase graduation rates in colleges across the United States.
“Mr. Keys has a proven record of more than 10 years in effectively leading operational units in growing educational-support companies,” said J. Michael Thompson, CEO. “He will be an asset both to our staff and our many clients, who deserve our 100% commitment to excellence.”
Keys was instrumental in the development of a sustainable operations strategy at InsideTrack during the company’s 100% year-over-year growth from 2003 to 2006. He met regularly with senior university staff at multiple client colleges, resulting in earning the company’s largest educational contract and its subsequent renewal.

Previously, Keys worked as Regional Manager (San Francisco) for SCORE! Learning, an organization that helps students up to the 10th grade achieve academic success. He led a region serving over 2,000 students by working closely with school districts in each community. He also served as a Consultant at Impact Consulting & Management, where he managed projects for five non-profit clients.
