XAP Corporation has accepted the resignation of J Michael Thompson as the President and Chief Executive Officer as of May 6, 2011. The Executive Committee of XAP Corporation has engaged Frank Greico and Andrea Belz, two experienced senior executives, as operating officers of the company.
